Coating Definition

1) Normal zinc flower coating spangle coating
Zinc layer in the normal solidification process, zinc grains grow freely formed with obvious zinc flower morphology of the coating.
(2) Spangle coating of small zinc flower in Conclusion
During the solidification process of zinc layer, zinc grains are artificially restricted to form as fine zinc flower coating as possible.
(3) Zinc free flower coating spangle-free
By adjusting the chemical composition of the bath, the coating has no visible zinc flower morphology and uniform surface.
5) Differential coating
For both sides of galvanized steel sheet, different zinc layer weight coating is required.
(6) Skin pass
Finishing is a cold rolling process of galvanized steel with a small amount of deformation for one or more of the following purposes.
