Galvanized steel strips is cold-rolled or hot-rolled , long and narrow strips of steel in varying degrees of coated with a layer called (zinc, aluminum) raw materials. Hot -dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating,strong adhesion and long service life.
The complex physical and chemical reaction takes place between hot-dip galvanizing strip steel substrate and molten bath to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the strip steel matrix.Therefore,its corrosion resistance is strong.
